About Echo & Stone Audio
Hi, I'm Jordyn.
Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Long before I ever stepped into a recording studio, I was captivated by the way music brings people together. A great song can inspire hope, tell a story, strengthen a community, or become the soundtrack to a season of life. That belief continues to shape everything I do today.
Over the last 12 years, I've built my career in the professional audio industry as a producer, engineer, musician, and creative collaborator, helping artists transform ideas into recordings that connect with listeners. My journey has taken me through some incredible recording environments, including Supernatural Sound Studios in Oregon City, Oregon, Dead Aunt Thelma's Studio in Portland, Oregon, and The Map Room Studio in Portland, Oregon. Along the way, I had the privilege of being mentored by some exceptional professionals in the industry, including platinum record-making producer and engineer Dean Baskerville, acclaimed mix engineer Sacha Muller, and Supernatural Sound Studios founder Rich Hougan.
Their influence helped shape not only my technical skills, but also my philosophy that great records are built through excellence, creativity, and a relentless commitment to serving the song. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with and contribute to projects involving artists including Ron Artis II, Thunderstorm Artis, Eli Howard, Surfacer, Delta Avenue, Royce Melleaux, GracePoint Worship, Tim Walls, Tadmor Worship, Josh Sanches, Phillip & Leah Abraham, Rudy Lopez, and Jarod Manis. Each artist, project, and session has reinforced a simple truth: music is ultimately about connection. While engineering and production are at the heart of what I do, I'm also a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist. I play drums, bass, guitar, piano, and sing, allowing me to approach projects from both the technical and creative sides of the studio. Whether helping develop arrangements, tracking instruments, refining performances, coordinating session musicians, or crafting a final mix, I strive to bring a musician's perspective to every stage of the process.
Today, I live in Bremerton, Washington with my wife and our two sons. Family, faith, and creativity are central to who I am and deeply influence the way I approach my work. My years serving in worship ministry and creative leadership have reinforced the importance of authenticity, collaboration, and creating experiences that genuinely impact people. That's why I founded Echo & Stone Audio. I wanted to create more than a recording service. I wanted to create a place where artists feel supported, encouraged, and equipped to bring their vision to life. A place where relationships matter, creativity thrives, and excellence serves a greater purpose. Whether you're recording your first single, producing a full-length project, building tracks remotely, or looking for a trusted creative partner, my goal remains the same: To help you create music that connects.
Because the best records don't just sound great. They connect people.
